About the West Lane Place Civic Association

The West Lane Place Civic Association includes the Subdivisions of West Lane Place, West Lane Annex, West Lane III, Mid Lane Square Townhomes, and Afton Oaks Townhouse Condominiums and is bounded on the north by Westheimer Road, on the east by the Houston Lighting and Power Company right-of-way, on the south by Richmond Road, and on the west by Afton Oaks Subdivision.

Purpose of the Association

The purpose of the Association is to preserve and improve the residential character and integrity of the community.

Membership

Membership in the association is open to persons who are eighteen years of age or older, who have paid annual dues and who are property owners or tenants living in the community.

Note: West Lane Place Civic Association is designated as a “civic” association and is NOT a “home owners” association. Membership is voluntary and strongly encouraged.

Become a Member!

WLPCA is a member-funded organization, and as such relies on members like you to continue to provide valuable information to our members and act on behalf of West Lane Place residents in dealings with city ordinance, maintenance and any other matters deemed to be in the best interest of our community.

Please help us to continue these efforts by becoming a member or renewing your existing membership. Annual membership dues are just $25 or $15 for members 65 or older, payable in January. Please download and complete the WLPCA Membership Form and send it to the membership chairman with your check.
